Unfortunately we cannot ship to certain countries in Africa due to the current high number of cases of fraud. HOW SECURE IS PAYING BY CREDIT CARD? Our ordering process uses state of the art 128-bit encryption/techniques to ensure your personal information and credit card details are secure. Click on the VeriSign® logo (which is at the bottom of every page) to verify this security. HOW DO I WORK OUT PRICES IN MY OWN CURRENCY? Simply click on CURRENCY CONVERTER which is next to every product. This will give you an estimate of your cost in UK Pounds Sterling. This will open up a pop-up converter, and you simply need to choose the currency you're converting to (UK Pounds), the currency you're converting from (US Dollars, Euros, etc.) from the drop-down menus, input the amount in the CONVERT box, and then press the GO! button. 	WHAT ABOUT TAX? EC Countries: If you are a resident within the EC (European Community) there is tax (sorry!). The good news though is that this is only 17.5% as your order will be shipped from the UK, which is one of the lowest tax bands in the EC. EC Member States are: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. Non-EC Countries: You don't get charged tax. However you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.
	CUSTOMS CHARGES Customers outside the EC may be subject to a customs charge. However the money you save in your tax-free purchase will in most cases far outweigh your customs charge. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 	HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER? Delivery times for our products vary depending on availability from our vendors. Please allow for the fact that ALL our products are individually handcrafted and not factory-line. We estimate your order will be delivered to you within 30 days from the time you placed your order with NordicArts.com. For all out of stock merchandise, please allow additional time for delivery. If your order will take longer than the time frame allowed, due to unusual circumstances, you will be notified by e-mail of the new estimated time of delivery. Rest assured that all correspondence is dealt with promptly (within 12 hours) by a real person, and not an impersonal automated responder. Shipping costs will only be reimbursed if the return is a result of an error on our part. Let us know if we have made an error and we will get our supplier to ship the right product to you directly. 	WHY ARE YOUR PRICES LISTED EX-VAT? Because the World Wide Web is just that........World Wide! Which means not all our customers are charged EC (European Community) Sales Tax. We have to charge 17.5% EC Sales Tax to our customers who live within the United Kingdom, and the rest of the EC. The good news for all EC residents is that your order will be shipped from the UK which has one of the lowest tax bands within the EC (17.5%). Customers outside the United Kingdom and the EC are not subject to EC Sales Tax.
